The Patient Safety Movement Foundation is now offering the opportunity for committed hospitals and partners to co-brand our Actionable Patient Safety Solutions (APSS). Please complete the form below.

CO-BRAND APSS

What are APSS?

APSS are a set of descriptive recipes or processes hospitals and healthcare organizations are asked to implement in order to improve prevalent patient safety challenges in healthcare today.

The Patient Safety Movement Foundation (PSMF) focuses on 16 challenges and 30 total solutions to overcome some of the leading patient safety challenges facing hospitals today. A full list of APSS can be found on our website.

What does it mean to co-brand?

We allow committed hospitals and partners in our network to co-brand the PSMF’s APSS so that you can share our resources with your networks so more people have access to our solutions, and we make a bigger impact together.

Who can co-brand?

Committed hospitals and partners within the PSMF’s network can co-brand one or multiple APSS. Healthcare Technology companies and other for-profit vendors of medical products may not co-brand at this time.

How can I co-brand an APSS or SubAPSS?

The PSMF will ask which APSS you would like to co-brand and you will be asked to sign a form asking for permission to use your trademark.

Where will my logo be placed?

The PSMF will place your organization’s trademark on the front page of our APSS. PSMF staff will supply you with a .pdf file which you are free to share digitally, or print yourself. The PSMF will not place your logo on our website or group organizations together that co-brand the same APSS.

Will we need to renew?

No, if you do not wish to continue co-branding you may stop sharing the APSS with your trademark at any time.

I have other questions, can you help me?
