Every single person has an essential role in the movement to achieve zero preventable harm and death in medical care. Globally, there are significant legislative efforts to improve the quality of care. Regulatory oversight is important, but actions from patients, family members, and members of the general public will be essential. Panelists will discuss actions each group can take to get involved in policy work.
