The Brazilian Nursing Network for Patient Safety – REBRAENSP

In order to publicize the World Patient Safety Day, the Brazilian Nursing Network for Patient Safety (REBRAENSP) planned a series of activities throughout the month of September.
All activities will address the main theme proposed by the World Health Organization: “Safe maternal and newborn care”.
The activities program will feature online lectures, courses, testimonials from pregnant and postpartum women.
Lecture: Midwifery nursing in Brazil: challenges and perspectives for safe and respectful childbirth.
Lecture: association between nursing working conditions and the occurrence of adverse events in neonatal intensive care units.
Lecture: humanized childbirth and safety.
Course: clinical reasoning and protocol for the use of misoprostol by nurses.
Course: newborn safe transport protocol.
Scientific meeting: experiences in the health of pregnant women and newborns.
