Oscar San Roman is a Medical Doctor from the Universidad Autonoma de Queretaro (UAQ), Mexico, he owns a University Expert Degree in Hospital Management from the Universidad of Cadiz, Spain, and he is a Master Public Health Candidate at NYU School of Global Public Health.
Currently, he is the Project Manager of the BORN Project Mexico from the Newborn Foundation. The BORN Project – Birth Oximetry Routine for Newborns. is the first global health initiative leveraging mobile pulse oximetry technology to combat neonatal mortality. Also, he is the Co-Coordinator of the Applied Global Public Health Initiative at the School of Global Public Health NYU.
