You may have a personal story about patient safety or medical error. Whether you lost someone you loved, have been personally affected or cared for someone where patient safety was compromised, we would like to express our deepest sympathy. And, we’d like to extend an invitation to you to join patient advocates, mothers and fathers, wives and husbands, sons and daughters, doctors and nurses, who are working passionately towards a single goal – ZERO preventable patient harm and death. Your story will become an integral part of the narrative driving the Patient Safety Movement forward.
